Once upon a time, there was a young boy named Art who always dreamed of becoming the world's best protector of the innocent. He trained every day for 25 hours in order to beat his rival, The Unfeeling Menace. The day of the big competition arrived, and Art came armed with a paintbrush and his unstoppable determination.
