Typical TeenagerJack just didn't like it when they shouted. 'Perhaps if I just sit here and keep quiet they will stop' he thought to himself

'You don't know him, you don't know me and you don't know anything about our relationship.' Molly yelled back.
Mum was doing the washing up and was clattering the pots and pans very loudly. That disturbed Jack even more, being of a very nervous disposition.
He wondered what he could do to stop them, to calm the situation down.
He stood up and walked slowly into the kitchen, looking sheepishly around him. Molly was sitting at the kitchen table, arms folded, face sullen and determined. Mum was now drying the pots, but still making quite a lot of noise about it.
'Jack, go back in the living room, there's a good boy' said Mum.
Jack hesitated, looked at Molly, back at Mum and decided to do as he was told probably best to keep out of the way at the moment.
